Genotypes & multi-trait ssGBLUP

Upload SNP genotypes from your lab. We build the genomic relationship matrix (VanRaden 2008), blend with pedigree to form the single-step H matrix (Christensen-Lund 2010), and solve Henderson's multi-trait MME (Misztal 2009). Every animal — genotyped or not — gets a refreshed breeding value across every trait, with proper accuracy uplift.

2Genomic relationship matrix

Build G across the genotyped subset of your flock. Computed in-browser for ≤ 500 animals × 50K SNPs; larger flocks dispatch to the server worker.

3Multi-trait ssGBLUP solve

Solve Henderson's MME jointly across the trait set. Genetic correlations bridge information between traits — a high-accuracy WWT pulls PWT and YWT with it.
