Weighings & streaming updates
Live liveweight stream from walk-over-weighing devices, in-shed scales or manual upload. Each batch triggers a single-step Bayesian update on the affected animals' growth EBVs — accuracy creeps up, breeding values shift, and the flock profit reflects the new state in seconds.

Manual upload
Drop a CSV (a Tru-Test export works) with an animal column (EID, tag or SG ID), a weight and a date (D/M/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD). We'll auto-attach to existing animals by tag, classify by age (BWT/WWT/PWT/YWT/HWT), and run the streaming update.

Connect a scale device
Point your Tru-Test, Gallagher or Allflex device cloud webhook at the URL below. Use the property header to route to the right flock. We accept Tru-Test session, Gallagher TWR, or generic JSON.
Sample payload: {"sessions":[{"rfid":"982000123456","weight":42.3,"timestamp":"2026-05-04T08:14:00Z","confidence":0.94}]}
Animal weight timeseries
Click an animal in the list. We'll plot every recorded weigh-in and overlay the ssGBLUP-updated EBV / GEBV trajectory.
Streaming updates log
Earlier quick (per-animal) updates, kept as an audit trail. New weighings now go into the Genemap evaluation: it reads every weighing with its contemporaries and relatives, and records the resulting EBVs against its run, labelled as Genemap EBVs. Association EBVs are never changed.
