Where the flock's physiological state readings sit against the reference distribution, for a cohort and a date window: one distribution per score definition, the QC of the deliveries behind it, and how much of the cohort has been sampled at all. Scores here are state readings — not breeding values.

3Season sampled in
Each sampling session — the mob bled together — against the environment recorded for its property on that day (Phase D.0: SeasonRisk feed-gap state, pasture band, 90-day rainfall decile, THI), and the cohort's median score percentile per definition for the samples in that session. A session with no snapshot says so; nothing is inferred from a neighbouring day.
4QC of the deliveries behind this window
Per assay run: how many results, and how the QC gate judged them. Only passed count results are scorable.
5Distribution against the reference
Each animal's latest score in the window, placed on the reference distribution its manifest names. Bars are the cohort; the shaded bands are the reference's five placement bands. A cohort drawn from the same population as the reference sits flat across the bins.
These are physiological state readings, not breeding values. They are not used in any EBV or index, and no genetic parameter has been estimated for any expression trait. A definition marked illustrative exists to exercise the engine and has not been validated.
6External scorer request
Sending is a deliberate action here, not automatic. The payload carries opaque result ids, normalised values and the annotation version — no animal, tag, NLIS, RFID or organisation identifier — and is checked for identifiers before it is recorded. The scorer answers to Genemap's callback; its scores are placed and labelled by Genemap.
Request recorded. Give the scorer this payload; it must POST its scores to with the request token inside.
