Major genes — only if your uploaded file has lab gene calls (POLLED, MSTN, SLICK, CAPN1, AM/NH/CA/DD recessive defects); it flags AM/NH/CA homozygotes. Cattle major genes are not in Genemap's evaluation.
Monte Carlo — adds live/carcase price + weaning uncertainty as P10/P50/P90 around the headline rank.
G×E + grass — your property's heat load (THI) and pasture headroom shift bulls by breed class. Tropical-adapted bulls win on hot country.
Lifetime NPV — projects per-trait $ over a 10-year cohort. MILK daughter-gen traits compound; CWT/EMA don't.
Adaptive genomics — only fires when bulls carry lab PGS (Igenity Tropical Adaptation, indicus content, tick resistance, BoLA). Off until you import scores.
