Feed efficiency

Individual-animal DMI, ADG, FCR, RFI and methane from Vytelle SENSE bunk-RFID feeders and C-Lock GreenFeed respiration units. Each ingested record updates the multi-trait ssGBLUP solver — feed-efficiency EBVs (and GEBVs when SNPs are loaded) appear on the next solver run.

These webhook endpoints are not deployed. Import the records by file, then re-run the evaluation to update DMI / FCR / RFI / CH4_m breeding values. There is no streaming or nightly solve.

Each row is one tested animal. RFI is the residual after correcting for maintenance + growth — animals on the left are eating less than predicted (efficient); animals on the right are eating more than predicted (inefficient).
