Genemap Intelligence

The most decision-useful outputs from your last full calibration — pedigree errors caught, population drift alerts, candidate genes identified by variable selection, and the bulls whose breeding values are most worth acting on. Re-run calibration any time to refresh.

Roadmap — see below

Status — full ssGBLUP calibration is on the API roadmap

The advanced calibration this page describes (Gibbs VCE / AIREML, BayesC + BayesR, threshold models, random regression, parentage verification, SNP imputation, multi-breed metafounders, VCE drift monitoring) runs against a ssgblup-solve Supabase Edge Function that hasn't been deployed yet. It's the same backend service the API spec at /api.html documents.

While that's in flight, the producer-facing engine pipeline runs in your browser: Stage 1 bioeconomic class-routed weights, Stage 2 Monte Carlo, Stage 3 G×E + grass, Stage 5 major-gene economics, Stage 6 adaptive-genomic PGS, Stage 7 Markov lifetime NPV, and Stage 8 OCS (Meuwissen 1997). They live on /beef/live-rank.html — pick a bull team, switch the Production intensity, toggle individual stages on/off. Every coefficient is overridable in /beef/profile/bioeconomic.html.

When the ssGBLUP solver ships, this page lights up automatically with the population-level intelligence layer on top.
