Partners & integrations

Built to integrate with your existing infrastructure.

Genemap doesn't replace your breed society pipeline, your processor's grading scheme, your lab's genotyping workflow or your country's market data feed. It connects to all of them — natively where the integration is in place, AI-translated where it isn't.

Breed societies & evaluation systems

Genemap reads any breed society's evaluation output and normalises it into the platform's canonical trait vocabulary. Native ingestors for the top 20 systems globally; AI translator for the long tail.

i

Native ingestors

BREEDPLAN, TACE, Wagyu AGE, AAA EPDs, IGS, AHA Hereford, ICBF, Signet, NAV, Logix Beef, ANCP Nelore, KAPE Hanwoo, Sheep Genetics, SIL, Sheep Ireland, NSIP, Fjárvís, World Angus Evaluation.

Integration mode: Per-society pipeline parser. Reads percentile bands, per-animal pages and bulk catalogue exports. Refreshed nightly.
ii

Long-tail breed associations

Smaller breed associations, regional sub-evaluations, and country-specific systems not yet covered by a native ingestor. Genemap reads the published reference tables on demand and normalises into canonical traits.

Integration mode: Claude-backed evaluation translator. Per-source confidence scoring + human review queue for low-confidence translations. Try the demo →
iii

For breed societies

Make your evaluation natively accessible to producers globally. Genemap surfaces your trait codes alongside cross-system comparisons without replacing your authoritative pipeline.

Integration mode: Direct data-share agreement. Producers see your published values; cross-country comparisons preserve your EBV vs EPD vs ASBV semantics.

Genotyping labs

Producer DNA samples processed by your lab can flow directly into Genemap's per-farm GWAS engine. We support standard SNP-array panels and whole-genome sequencing pipelines.

i

Standard SNP arrays

Illumina BovineHD, Bovine LD, OvineHD, Wagyu LDV4, Geneseek panels. Producer uploads .ped/.map or VCF; engine ingests directly into the per-trait DGV ridge regression.

Integration mode: Producer upload via secure file transfer; lab can also push direct to producer accounts via partner-key API.
ii

Whole-genome sequencing

Low-pass WGS, imputed sequence data. Used for rare variant detection, structural variants, and cross-breed genomic prediction where SNP arrays lose accuracy.

Integration mode: Direct lab-to-platform pipeline; pre-imputation done lab-side, BCF/VCF accepted post-imputation.
iii

Methylation & microbiome

Frontier signals: bisulfite-sequencing methylation calls at HSP70 / NR3C1 / IGF2 / MEG3, rumen 16S rRNA microbiome composition. Optional inputs feeding the holobiont layer.

Integration mode: Per-locus methylation tables + per-sample 16S OTU counts; ingested as opt-in per-trait modifiers.

Abattoirs & processors

Realised slaughter outcomes feed the closed-loop calibration that makes Genemap's per-farm weights actually reflect what pays on each producer's farm.

i

Per-animal kill data

NLIS / EID-tagged carcase outcomes — HSCW, MSA index, EUROP grade, USDA Quality + Yield grade, KAPE 1++/1+/1/2/3 grade — match back to producer's animals automatically.

Integration mode: Per-processor parser (Gundagai DEXA, Teys, Cargill, JBS, Foyle, Dawn Meats, Scan, KAPE-grading). Producer uploads their kill report; engine matches by EID.
ii

Grading schemes

MSA, AUS-MEAT, EUROP / (S)EUROP for sheep, USDA Quality & Yield, KAPE 1++/1+/1/2/3, Klass+Vikt, JMGA BMS, SISBOV. Each grading scheme drives different per-trait economics — Genemap models the right one for your producer's market.

Integration mode: Native grading scheme support per country. New grading systems added via the country registry.
iii

For processors

Plug Genemap into your supplier-feedback portal so producers see their per-farm index update automatically as your kill data lands. Improves supplier engagement and creates a feedback loop on grid-fit.

Integration mode: Webhook from your kill-floor system → Genemap producer accounts. Per-supplier scoping; producer privacy preserved.
Integration architecture

Three tiers, by integration depth.

Each external source — breed society, lab, abattoir, weather service, market feed — sits in one of three integration tiers based on how it connects.

Tier 1 — Native

Hand-written ingestor per source. Deterministic, well-tested, refreshed nightly. ~30 sources covered: top breed societies, USDA AMS, MLA NLRS, AWEX, AHDB, Bord Bia, EU MMO, SMHI, NIWA, NOAA, etc.

Tier 2 — AI translator

Claude-backed dispatcher for any source not yet covered by a native ingestor. Reads published reference tables on demand. Confidence-scored; flagged for human review below 0.7.

Tier 3 — Direct partnership

For breed societies, processors and lab partners that want a deeper integration: direct data-share agreement, partner-key API access, bidirectional webhook flow.

Want to integrate?
